PaintedGirl.com had its beginnings in 1999 as home to Painted Girl Productions. It was created by indie singer/songwriter/pianist,
Mary Lemanski, as a means to promote and produce her own music. In November 1999, Painted Girl Productions released its first demo/EP,
Mary Lemanski's "Six Songs Just For You." In 2000, Painted Girl Productions released the demo/EP, "Open
Dress Rehearsal." In 2002, it released a live demo/EP, "Mary Lemanski & The Addicktives - Live at the
Phoenix Hard Rock Cafe," with Mary performing with a local Phoenix area punk n' roll band, The Addicktives, playing
backup. In 2004, Painted Girl Productions changed its name to Painted Girl Records and released the "Mary Lemanski"
demo/EP. In 2005, it released "Mary Lemanski: Live at the Millennium Music Conference 2005" demo/EP.
In 2007, Painted Girl Records released the "Last But Not Least" EP, and in 2010, it released Mary Lemanski's
first full-length CD, "Eclectic." On January 18th, 2012, Painted Girl Records released an album of instrumentals
